This photo was taken at a customer’s Lake Oswego home. The general contractor selected Sundeleaf to take over the entire house interior refinishing project from another painter due to quality concern issues. The walls were supposed to be paint ready, but upon inspection we found a large number of small nicks and scratches that hadn’t been adequately repaired. To highlight the imperfections so that our crew could detail and patch them to meet our client’s stringent quality expectations, we applied critical lighting. Then we used tinted spackle, making the repairs stand out, so that we could be sure that all the patches got sanded/blended into the wall prior to re-priming and eventually painting. At Sundeleaf, we don’t apply paint until the surface is adequately prepped. If your eye always goes to that nick, drip, scrape or missed spot left by your last painter, please call us. We’ll remove all the mistakes.
